Over the past 30 days, more than 15,000 new job ads were placed online for Computer Programmers with mobile developing skills – up more than 40% from one year ago.

Of the 3 leading mobile platforms – iPhone, BlackBerry, and Android – Android was most commonly mentioned. More than 3,200 job ads included specific requirements for developing on the Android platform, 2,200 mentioned BlackBerry and 2,100 listed iPhone.
