Summary

Work directly with the Sales Execs, Creative Team, fellow Sales Support Team Members and the Senior Account Supervisor on the coordination of direct mail/digital campaigns for "one off" Individual Automotive (IA) clients. This fast-paced position will take assigned business contracts from start to completion for preparation for production. Duties include dealer contact, copywriting, vendor correspondence, list procurement, legal/review submission, CO-OP submission, individual deal coordination and any necessary follow-up communication and post-campaign documentation needed for Finance.

Responsibilities

  • Knowledge and ability to fulfill all tasks of a Sales Support Specialist Position.
  • Sales Support Specialist will coordinate all aspects of jobs assigned to them and will provide completed job components to continue onto Production.
  • Position will require the ability to: multi-task, pay attention to small details, recognize the cause and effect of changes as they occur, operate under firm deadlines, provide follow-up & after sale reports/documentation as needed, and correspond with various outside vendors.
  • Position will provide back-up support in the absence/overload of other Sales Support Specialists when needed.

To perform this job successfully, candidate must be able to perform each responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of some of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Education and/or Experience

  • REQUIRED: Must have experience navigating a MacBook computer and experience with the following programs: InDesign and Photoshop.
  • Minimum of Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams is required.
  • Must have the ability to learn various Epsilon specific programs (i.e. Shopboard, Phone System Manager, Mail Trail, Dashboard, AspenLeads, CO-OP submission, Salesforce, etc).

Language Skills

  • Ability to read & write proficiently, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, vendors, and clients.

Reasoning Ability

  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with an ever-changing variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.

Work Environment /Locale/Training

Currently, the position of Sales Support Specialist is a hybrid position with 2 days in office (and 3 days remote. As "in office" and WFH policies continue to change, candidate will be required to adapt to any corporate updates to work location status. Flexibility to adjust to traveling for "in office" work is required. Training will be handled primarily with in office/in person sessions and remotely through Microsoft Teams. Training is executed by the entire IA sales support and creative teams.
