As a result of our growth, we have a need for another Fluid Technology Salesperson to join our Water & Wastewater Team as an Outside Sales Professional. This role is a full-time Outside Sales position on our Minnesota Water & Wastewater Team.

What You Get To Do

Travel within assigned sales territory to meet with water & wastewater customers

Provide solutions to water & wastewater customers

Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers

Develop and execute a sales plan for the assigned territory

Meet/exceed sales goals for our products and services

Collaborate with customer's and identify the most effective solutions

Educate customers on how our products and services can benefit them

Stay current with new products, competitors, and industry trends

Ensure customers receive best-in-class experience

Requirements:

What We Need From You

Post High School further education; Associates or Bachelor's degree strongly preferred

Minimum of 2 - 3 years of demonstrated water & wastewater experience and/or service & repair experience preferred

Mechanically inclined

High level of enthusiasm, self-motivation, and positive attitude

Ability to cold call and prospect for business (hunter mentality)

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Ability to establish rapport and build relationships with customers

Exercise good troubleshooting skills
