Job Description:

Director, Global Creative & Digital Experience, Marketo The Opportunity Marketo is looking for a world class Creative Director to join the Corporate Marketing team. You will be a critical member of Marketo's marketing team with key responsibilities including overseeing global creative design, idea generation, and digital production for all of Marketo's internal and external brand and marketing deliverables. The role includes managing a small team and multiple agencies to deliver an industry-leading brand into the market across our website, digital assets, and physical properties. This role will be responsible for defining and maintaining our visual brand guidelines, as well as the day-to-day creative services operations in support of our marketing campaigns, online advertising, website, events and more. Job Responsibilities * Lead the creative team to deliver all traditional and digital assets, including creative assets for global Web properties, digital marketing campaigns & events * Design and produce multi-channel marketing and advertising efforts * Oversee UX strategy and design for web development * Design and produce executive presentations and keynotes * Oversee/direct video production and photography * Anticipate and track brand & creative trends to stay on top of fresh approaches in MarTech and AdTech * Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new employees in creative for brand and digital marketing techniques Skills and Experience Requirements * Bachelor's degree in graphic design or equivalent experience * Minimum 10 years of creative background working as an art director and/or creative director * Minimum 5 years of experience building and managing a team of in-house designers, including agency management * Deep digital, website, advertising, and brand development experience * Experience in initiatives and projects such as: * Establishing global company branding guidelines * Designing overall brand, corporate website, blog, community and micro sites * Designing keynote presentations for global company events and Marketo's executive team * Design of assets for demand generation campaigns and social programs, including customer case studies, data sheets, white papers, landing pages, and digital ads * Designing assets for in person events, such as signage * Art direction of photo shoots and video productions * Video story telling * Deep experience in working and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including executive staff, product marketing, sales, UX, engineering, customer marketing, education, support, HR, and legal * Strong persuasive and collaboration skills * Ability to multi-task and work on several projects in parallel, often under tight timelines, while consistently delivering quality work and results * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Master of Adobe software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Lightroom * Understanding of MarTech/AdTech industries a plus Marketo is an equal opportunity employer
